These terms apply to the Pynk and Blu smart TV applications provided by Greenwood Galaxy Studios. By using the application, you agree to use it lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial viewing.

The service

The application provides a catalogue of Pynk & Blu programmes and opens selected programmes through YouTube. Availability can vary by country, device, network connection, and the status of content on YouTube. No account or purchase is required in this version.

Third-party services

YouTube playback is provided by Google and is also subject to YouTube's terms and privacy policy. The applicable TV platform and store terms may apply to installation and use of the application.

Intellectual property

Pynk and Blu, the characters, artwork, programmes, and application materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit them.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the application, attempt to bypass its security, misuse its network services, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Changes and availability

The catalogue, features, and availability may change. We may update or discontinue the application where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
