Smart TV applications
Privacy Policy
Effective: 18 August 2026
Greenwood Galaxy Studios provides the Pynk and Blu applications for supported smart TV platforms, including Google TV, Android TV and Samsung Smart TV. The applications are designed for family viewing and do not require an account.
Information the application stores
Depending on the TV platform, the application may store viewing progress, completion status, catalogue cache data and related timestamps locally on the television. Some versions may also keep a small local technical event log for troubleshooting. These records do not contain a name, email address, advertising identifier or precise location, and are not sent to Greenwood Galaxy Studios.
Network services
The applications request programme catalogue data and images from pynkandblu.tv and the image hosts named in that catalogue. If the catalogue request is unavailable, the application uses a copy included with it. When a viewer chooses an episode, the application opens the official YouTube service. YouTube may process technical information, including IP address, device information and playback activity, under Google's own privacy terms. The receiving web and image servers may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL and request time, for delivery, security and operational logging. Greenwood Galaxy Studios does not receive YouTube account credentials through the applications.
Children and families
The applications do not provide profiles, chat, purchases, behavioural advertising or forms for children to submit personal information. Playback begins only after a viewer selects an episode.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on the television until the application data is cleared or the application is removed. Server security and operational logs are retained according to the hosting providers' operational settings and are not used to build advertising profiles.
